Dakota Dubie
Dakota started his electrical journey in 2012 after being accepted into the electrical program at Green Mountain Technology & Career Center. That opportunity helped build the foundation for what would eventually become Local Electric.
Today, Local Electric has grown into a team of 42 employees serving homeowners, contractors, businesses, and communities throughout Vermont. The company is proud to employ about 13 GMTCC graduates and counting, continuing to support local trades education and create long-term career opportunities in the electrical industry.
Dakota grew up in Waterville, Vermont and now lives in Morrisville with his wife and two children. His focus is on continuing to grow Local Electric while staying true to the values the company was built on: hard work, honesty, quality craftsmanship, and pride in serving the local community.
