SHOP / INVENTORY MANAGER
Local Electric is looking to hire a highly organized, self-motivated Shop / Inventory Manager to take full
ownership of all shop operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,
understands electrical materials, and wants to play a critical part in keeping multiple divisions running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing the entire shop and warehouse operation
- Creating and processing purchase orders
- Inventory management (tracking, cycle counts, updating quantities, reconciling product)
- Stocking shelves, organizing materials, and keeping the shop clean and efficient
- Receiving deliveries and verifying accuracy
- Updating products, services, and vendor info
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Field Staff, and the Office
- Ensuring materials are ready for jobs ahead of schedule
What We’re Looking For:
- Electrical material knowledge is mandatory
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
